Visual Designer Role

This position is a remote opportunity that offers the chance to work with a variety of fashion-focused assets.

  • Design original graphics and illustrations for social media, website content, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
  • Grow and engage social media channels organically by producing visually compelling, brand-aligned content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Translate marketing strategies and audience insights into impactful visual storytelling across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends, benchmark performance, and uncover new content opportunities.
  • Develop and present weekly social media performance reports, providing key insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure creative alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Stay current with fashion trends, social media best practices, and emerging design techniques to inspire fresh, relevant content.
  • Ensure all creative assets adhere to platform-specific requirements and align with brand guidelines for optimal performance.
  • Design and produce digital and print marketing materials, including banners, postcards, lookbooks, and promotional collateral.
  • Maintain a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in the fashion industry (desired).
  2. Proven expertise in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
  3. Strong knowledge of social media content requirements and optimization techniques.
  4. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  5. Familiarity with preparing print-ready files and working with print production standards.
  6. Strong typographic skills with the ability to create visually compelling designs.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Solid portfolio demonstrating a range of innovative design work.
  9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  10. Knowledge of Google Analytics, social media analytics, and email marketing tools.
