Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Client Success Coach. This position requires excellent coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and elevate team member performance. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with team members, provide guidance and support as needed, and take actions to improve attendance issues and assistant idle time.

The Client Success Coach will facilitate client-assistant onboarding, recognize and address additional client needs, communicate with clients regarding assistant performance and quality concerns, and offer assistant replacement when necessary. They will also monitor daily assistant performance and stats, review output to ensure it meets client standards, maintain, document, and track KPIs and metrics, and strategize to hit goals and improve areas of opportunity.

This role involves cross-functional collaboration, coordinating with other departments for assistant or client-related concerns, sending feedback to matching for assistant rematching, attending weekly meetings, and reporting to direct manager regarding team status. The Client Success Coach must be able to troubleshoot technical issues, payment problems, and software concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop team members to achieve peak performance
  • Build strong relationships with team members through regular check-ins and coaching sessions
  • Provide guidance and support to assistants as they work on their tasks
  • Take actions to decrease attendance issues and assistant idle time
  • Facilitate and oversee client-assistant onboarding

  • Communicate with clients regarding assistant performance and quality concerns

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience, preferably in a remote work environment
  • At least 1 year of experience in account management, client services, or operations
  • Proficiency in learning new software platforms and implementing effective performance management strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, establish priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong emotional resilience, prioritizing solutions, and willing to take calculated risks
  • Continuous learning and self-directed development
