Job Role:

The Email Marketing Strategist is accountable for formulating and implementing data-driven marketing strategies tailored to client requirements, ensuring a positive client experience and maximizing campaign performance. This position involves client-facing interactions, strategic planning, and ongoing optimization to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business needs and objectives.
  2. Develop and execute email, SMS, and other retention marketing strategies.
  3. Analyze data to optimize campaign performance and communicate insights to clients.
  4. Maintain strong client relationships to enhance client experience and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  5. Work with the Client Strategy Manager to manage multiple client accounts and align strategy with overall business goals.
Performance Indicators:
  1. Client Retention Rate
  2. Client Satisfaction (NPS)
  3. Campaign Performance (Email Revenue, Open Rate, etc.)
  4. Account Growth (Net Revenue Retention)
