We are seeking a highly skilled Production Coordinator to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our team.

This role is responsible for tasks related to purchasing, production, and operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor orders and ensure accurate documentation of order confirmations and vendor emails.
  • Issue Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers with correct client artwork files.
  • Communicate with clients using email templates for order updates and logistics.
  • Coordinate shipping and freight arrangements, providing customers with shipment tracking numbers and monitoring shipping reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and vendor files and databases.
  • Add products to digital catalogs, ensuring accurate pricing and product details.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts or within US operating hours.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications, with basic exposure to Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
