This role involves providing administrative support, data entry, and GRID database management to ensure data accuracy, security, and usability for cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience working with database systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage database usage, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with GRID Support as needed.
  • Determine client reporting needs and work with GRID Support to create custom reports.
  • Establish data entry and reporting workflows, ensuring accurate data points align with client requirements.
  • Provide training to users, set up training sessions, and verify data completeness and accuracy through QA/QC activities.
  • Export and review reports for quality assurance and resolve data issue resolutions with project teams and GRID.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in data entry, database administration, or data support roles.
  • Familiarity with report generation and data exports/imports, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal English communication, and self-motivation.
