Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working independently.

The successful applicant will have prior experience in data entry or a similar role, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our company database using Zoho software.
  • Enter data from various digital sources (emails, online forms, shared drives) ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing and document sharing using cloud-based tools.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in data entry or a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy.
  • Comfortable with cloud-based applications and tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working remotely.
