Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team.


This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in data entry, logistics, or supply chain management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics activities by accurately processing and managing data.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter and update shipping, receiving, and inventory data into our database using strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry software and logistics systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of logistics transactions, including invoices, shipping documents, and inventory updates, while verifying data for accuracy and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure data alignment and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepare and generate regular reports on logistics activities, such as delivery status and inventory levels, and assist with documentation for customs, freight, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data entry, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work effectively in a team environment are also required.
