Logistics Coordinator Role

This position involves precise data entry, management, and maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of our supply chain. It requires accuracy, accessibility, and up-to-date information.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and update shipping, receiving, and inventory data into the company database with attention to detail
  • Maintain records of logistics transactions, including invoices, shipping documents, and inventory updates
  • Verify data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure data alignment
  • Prepare and generate regular reports on logistics activities, such as delivery status and inventory levels
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proper documentation
  • Assist with documentation for customs, freight, and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure security of sensitive data

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in data entry or logistics support
  • Proficiency in data entry software and logistics systems
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
