Role Overview

This position involves providing strategic financial guidance and support to two districts within a regional business unit.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing profit margins, and achieving key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive five-year financial plans for the two districts in alignment with the regional business unit's goals.
  • Lead and provide financial budgeting and administrative cost management services to the districts.
  • Analyze actual profit performance against annual budgets and provide actionable insights.
  • Evaluate all aspects of financial analysis impacting district profitability.
  • Identify opportunities for profit maximization and sustainability and provide recommendations.
  • Provide and evaluate districts' restaurant forecasting.
  • Analyze monthly administrative costs for the two districts.
Management Reporting & Analysis:
  • Develop and deliver integrated, timely, flexible, and relevant financial and non-financial information and analysis.
  • Implement progressive changes in financial and management reporting.
  • Regularly provide management reports and analysis to the regional business unit senior finance manager and operations director.
Financial Advisory Services:
  • Oversee financial operations of the two districts.
  • Implement streamlined financial activities to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
  • Optimize financial decision-making processes using key financial measures and indicators.
Financial Governance:
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and guidelines.
  • Interface with corporate groups on restaurant-related requirements.
  • Provide recommendations to improve efficiency and optimize company resources.
Job Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in accountancy, finance, management accounting, statistics, economics, industrial engineering, management science, or related fields.
  • At least one to two years of experience in finance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
