Job Summary

A Senior Financial Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by leading the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes. This position involves analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. The Senior Financial Strategist serves as the primary point of contact for finance matters, including P&L Reporting, Operating Expense, and Capital expenditures.
  2. Partner with key stakeholders and the Director of FP&A to evaluate and drive business unit financial performance.
  3. Lead recurring financial review meetings with stakeholders and develop action plans to achieve targets.
  4. Manage and innovate the planning, forecasting, reporting, and monthly financial results processes.
  5. Utilize Oracle EPM, Tableau, and Excel to craft sales, operational, and management financial analytical insights and recommendations.
  6. Provide thought leadership and oversight for team members on their recurring duties.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business-related major required, MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years relevant experience in senior-level business partnering and financial analysis with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and/or analytical experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Skilled and experienced in negotiating client, vendor, and service contracts.
  • Familiar with U.S. GAAP and financial systems in an international organization.
