About the role:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can help us optimize our data processes, ensuring seamless access, analysis, and decision-making across the organization.

Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between technical data teams and business operations by designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient controls of data processing systems.

You will work closely with internal development teams to identify and resolve data-related issues, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data Cleaning and Transformation: Identify and resolve data quality issues like duplicates, missing values, and inconsistencies.
  • Data Quality Monitoring: Establish and maintain data quality metrics, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Data Pipeline Management: Manage existing data pipelines to collect data from ingestion, processing, and distribution across different systems.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze operational processes to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • System Administration: Maintain and troubleshoot data and reporting systems, including simple data and reporting tools administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any IT or Computer related course preferably Engineering, Business Intelligence, Computer Science or Statistics related.
  • 3 to 5 years experience.
Required Skills:
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of basic SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify patterns and trends in data.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex data findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaboration Skills: Effectively working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement data solutions.
