Data Operations Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage complex data tasks, mentor junior team members, and contribute to process improvements.

  • Oversee and execute complex data manipulation tasks, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and best practices.
  • Provide expert assistance to clients on location data using proprietary tools, addressing advanced issues and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough audits on listing data to maintain accuracy and quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop, refine, and document best practices aimed at enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness.

About the Position:

This role is a bridge between the Data Operations Specialists and Senior Data Operations Specialists. You will be responsible for managing complex data tasks, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to process improvements.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Support the development of junior team members by sharing knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex data discrepancies and provide clear, effective solutions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and reading skills in English.
