We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Director to lead our client's marketing initiatives and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable results across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities include owning brand strategy, driving off-take/sell-out growth, leading innovation, forecasting ownership and variance control, channel development, and execution.

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess a degree in Business or Pharmaceutical Science, with a minimum of seven years of experience in marketing management in a leadership role.

Additional requirements include having worked in a multinational company handling products, possessing strategic thinking, creative marketing skills, and proven experience in developing markets for a specific brand or product.

Excellent skills in sales forecasting and research activities are also essential.
