About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned executive to spearhead our secure software development program.

This individual will lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide application security strategies, ensuring alignment with business and technology goals.

The role requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to drive security initiatives across the organization.


Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall application security program, ensuring alignment with business and technology goals.
  • Oversee secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices across the organization.
  • Develop and manage strategies for threat modeling, vulnerability management, and incident response.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and frameworks.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing security team.
  • Collaborate with executives, product, and engineering teams to embed security best practices into organizational processes.
  • Provide regular reporting on risk posture and security initiatives to senior leadership.
