We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our employee benefits team in the APAC region. As the APAC Benefits Associate Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing benefits strategies that support our business objectives and attract top talent.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement benefits strategies that align with our business goals and maintain competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver comprehensive benefits programs.
- Lead benefits administration, including leaves of absence, time management, and other related tasks.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure excellent service and optimal employee experience.
- Drive wellbeing initiatives that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and overall well-being.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on benefits-related matters to local leaders and HR partners.
- Develop and execute change management plans for new and existing program enhancements or changes.
