Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Benefits, Rewards, and Payroll operations in APAC. This includes coordinating with different HR operational teams to ensure data quality in HRIS (Workday) and Service Now, generating various reports, addressing operational issues, and providing regular feedback to team members.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of PH Payroll and Benefits Experience.
  • HRIS data maintenance experience, preferably with knowledge of Workday.
  • Good understanding of HR payroll processes.
  • Team-oriented, detail-oriented, and follows procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness, able to work independently.
  • Demonstrates strong security and confidentiality practices.
  • Proactive, meticulous, and committed.
  • Good team player, able to work with staff at all levels.
