Job Description

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide technical support for IT systems across various regions. The individual will be responsible for managing IT inventory/asset management, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance of desktop devices and software applications.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work in a team environment, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize workflow requests in the form of trouble tickets through effective root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
  • Perform installation, relocation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance of desktop devices and software applications.
  • Organize and address assigned tickets in appropriate priority order.
  • Drive site-level implementations of new PC hardware, application rollouts, and client-specific ramp activities.
  • Support corporate IT as the primary point of contact for issues related to voice and data infrastructure.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and prioritize workload of PC technicians in your region.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in desktop support or a combination of education and certifications.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, GPOs, and software deployment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients at all levels, build relationships with internal stakeholders, and drive site-wide changes.
  • Proactive approach to addressing site-level issues with a sense of urgency.
