Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning

We are seeking a seasoned logistics expert to lead our supply chain operations with strategic focus on shipping and distribution. This pivotal role will drive performance optimization, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster collaboration across internal teams and external partners.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with company-wide initiatives.
    • Delegate tasks effectively and manage team performance to achieve departmental objectives.
    • Coordinate logistics efforts with global counterparts.
  • Process Optimization
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives targeting logistics workflows, systems, and KPIs.
    • Review and approve CAPAs from forwarders, ensuring thorough issue resolution.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with external service providers to ensure consistent service levels.
  • Compliance & Sustainability
    • Enforce environmental, health, and safety standards across logistics operations.
    • Promote adherence to corporate quality and environmental policies.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    • Provide analytical insights to support logistics-related decisions.
    • Resolve complex shipping and logistics challenges using data-backed approaches.
  • Team Development
    • Recruit, mentor, and retain top logistics talent.
    • Foster a high-performance culture through coaching and leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Operations, or a related field (Master's degree in Business or Management is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing and logistics industry.
