This experienced professional will work closely with clients to ensure their expectations are met through effective collaboration and communication.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily operations and problem-solving for client-VA pairs
  • Partnering with clients to create productivity task lists and strategies for business growth
  • Providing high-level support for clients, addressing concerns, anticipating growth, and identifying patterns
  • Coordinating the management of client needs and expectations

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field (desired)
  • At least three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management or Remote Management
  • Highly proficient in English (written and oral)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with professionals
  • Self-motivated, focused, and open to growth opportunities

The ideal candidate will be well-equipped to handle the following technical requirements:

  • An Intel Core i5-5000 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor
  • 8GB RAM and Windows 10/11 or macOS Ventura operating system
  • Noise-cancelling headset and camera capable of clear video output
