At IWG, we are seeking a talented Pricing Associate to join our Sales Support team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality service.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring mailboxes, completing price exceptions requests, and other sales support concerns within defined processes and SLAs. They will work closely with the Commercial Manager: Sales Support and key stakeholders to ensure that all requests are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor mailboxes and complete price exceptions requests and other sales support concerns within defined processes and SLAs.
  • Escalate exceptions as needed in coordination with the Commercial Manager and higher management.
  • Use CRM systems to send contracts to potential customers for approved price exceptions.
  • Communicate with salespeople to clarify data inputs and confirm decisions.
  • Coordinate feedback from centre teams to gain understanding of local market conditions for consideration.
  • Understand team key processes & systems, as well as IWG business expectations.
  • Able to support a 24/6 operation and be flexible to change shift as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business / Finance or related qualification.
  • 2-3 years' experience as a contract, data or commercial administrator.
  • Must be amenable to Fixed term Employment - 3 Months.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to prioritize, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible, multitask and show initiative.
  • Be a strong and independent team player.
  • Professional English speaking and writing skills.

Technical Requirements:

  • Familiar with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate MS Excel.
  • Familiar with Contract software and/or CRM systems.
