As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial aspects of our clients' businesses. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize cost of goods sold, inventory demand planning, and provide timely support to clients for pricing/margin analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cost of goods sold, inventory demand planning, and provide timely support to clients for pricing/margin analysis.
  • Support new client account onboarding and configure client accounting systems.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support.
  • Manage retail operational accounting including issuing invoices, reconciling discounts and chargebacks, collecting deposits, and matching accounts receivables.
  • Track and manage reconciliation schedules for prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accrued liabilities/expenses, and deferred revenue.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable and day-to-day client/vendor questions.
  • Support month-end accounting functions, account reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger.
  • Collaborate with the Controller to prepare financial reports and analysis for client leadership.
  • Model best practices in accounting and finance processes according to GAAP.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
  • Bachelor's or Accounting Certification required.
  • Proficient in ERP systems.
  • Experience with inventory accounting is essential.
