As a Vendor Account Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing key customer accounts on our partner's platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Priority: Vendor-side account management
  • Manage high-value client accounts with a focus on quality and service excellence.
  • Review, edit, and process orders placed on the platform, ensuring timely execution of all project milestones.
  • Route orders to appropriate vendors and oversee fulfillment workflows, maintaining accuracy across order details and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via email or Slack as needed, handling escalations in a professional manner.
  • Maintain continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Review project requests from clients and configure projects/quotes on the platform, leveraging technical expertise and business acumen.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in account/project/order management for Promotional Products/Branded Merchandise.
  • Must have at least 1+ year of experience in branded merchandise or promotional product workflows.
  • B2B account management expertise.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience in merchandise, supply chain, or production is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in basic platforms/tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).
  • US time zone availability required.
