Key Performance Indicator Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking an analytical data professional with hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric to take on the challenge of transforming complex data into actionable insights. The successful candidate will analyze and interpret data from various sources, build robust reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business-critical information.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets within Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouses, Dataflows Gen2, and Data Pipelines.
  • Design and develop user-friendly dashboards using Power BI to visualize trends, KPIs, and business metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver strategic insights aligned with business goals.
  • Cleanse, transform, and model data using Power Query, DAX, and Fabric-native tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a data analysis or reporting role.
  • Hands-on experience working with data in Microsoft Fabric (e.g., Lakehouses, Dataflows Gen2, or Pipelines).
  • Strong skills in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard design.

Able to work effectively in a collaborative environment, communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
