Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology and business units to gather, validate, and prioritise business and technical requirements.
  • Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable requirements and processes.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs to elicit business needs and pain points.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to align business needs with technical solutions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and version control of all artefacts and analysis outputs.
  • Document current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) processes.
  • Drive process improvement by documenting areas of improvement and ensuring the proposed solution addresses such areas.
  • All other duties as directed by the Company.
