Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a full-time opportunity to shape strategy, optimize performance, and drive business outcomes.

We're looking for someone who's analytical yet creative, detail-oriented yet big-picture focused, with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior management to deliver and maintain reporting across key business functions.
  • Gather and analyze reporting requirements to support strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
  • Support financial budgeting and forecasting models.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, including scripts, queries, and ETL flows.
  • Design and implement scalable data architecture and processes for collection, cleansing, storage, and transformation.
  • Deliver timely, accurate ad-hoc reports and insights to support operational goals.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in corporate, consulting, or startup environments.
  • Critical and strategic thinker, able to cut through complexity, synthesise large datasets, and communicate solutions clearly.
  • Proficient in Power BI, SQL (complex queries), and Google Sheets/Excel (advanced reporting).
  • Experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Google BigQuery, AWS, or Azure.
  • Skilled in data cleansing, integrating multiple datasets, and building reliable data systems.
  • Commercially minded and thrive in fast-paced environments.
