Job Title: Business Intelligence AnalystJob Overview

The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a key role in our organization, supporting the development and implementation of business intelligence initiatives.


This role focuses on preparing and transforming data for use in analytics, developing data mining models, and delivering actionable insights through reports and automation.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
  • Assist with designing and implementing data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from enterprise systems.
  • Develop data visualization dashboards using Power BI to present process performance, KPIs, and automation opportunities.
  • Leverage Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline workflows and integrate analytics into business processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and identify process inefficiencies, compliance gaps, and automation opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
  • Strong background in data engineering, including SQL, ETL, and data modeling.
  • Experience preparing datasets for analytics and developing data mining models.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across global teams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
