**Job Overview**

KMC Solutions is expanding its technical support team and seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer L3 to provide top-tier escalation support for Arlo cameras and accessories.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of cloud technologies, camera security systems, and networking protocols. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing 3rd level escalations support issues for all Arlo products
  • Replicating customer-reported issues to validate defects and provide solutions to engineering
  • Participating in product testing and validation
  • Analyzing customer calls/cases to identify product problems and prioritize core changes

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Fluent English language knowledge (C1)
  • Extensive knowledge of IP camera technologies, cloud technologies, and networking protocols
  • Experience in Customer Support, preferably in a technical/networking field
  • BS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent
  • CCNA certified or equivalent networking experience
