Technical Support Specialist for M365

The ideal candidate will have advisory or technical implementation experience in a Microsoft 365 environment and strong consultative skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Technical Advisor to work 8 hours Monday-Friday from 1 pm-9 pm UTC.
Key Accountabilities- Provide technical support and advice to customers via various channels
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues using advanced tools and techniques
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Advisory or technical implementation experience in a Microsoft 365 environment
- Strong consultative skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- MVPs, MCTs, MCSAs, MCSEs certifications are highly preferred but not mandatory
- RAVE experience (a plus but not required)
