We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Strategy Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of brand strategy across multiple channels and international markets.
Job Responsibilities:- Go-to-Market Strategy: Spearhead the planning and execution of integrated 360° GTM campaigns from concept to e-commerce launch across social, PR, influencer, and digital channels.
- Cross-Channel Oversight: Oversee brand presence and performance across brick-and-mortar, consignments, e-commerce, and international markets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead collaboration across Marketing, Social Media & Content, Design & Product Development, Merchandising & Buying, and other teams to ensure brand alignment and execution.
- Brand Health & KPIs: Own key brand performance indicators including sales, margins, awareness, and consumer perception.
- Collaboration & Partnerships: Drive alignment across departments and build strategic partnerships with third-party agencies to amplify brand reach and impact.
- Leadership Team Reporting: Regularly present brand performance, initiatives, and strategic direction to senior executive leadership.
- Industry & Consumer Insights: Monitor and report on relevant fashion, retail, and consumer trends covering economic, social, and generational shifts to inform campaigns, collections, and consumer messaging.
- Competitor Research: Regularly conduct competitive benchmarking and identify opportunities to position the company across markets and channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or a similar role
- Proven track record of leading successful go-to-market campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, retail, and digital marketing best practices
- Excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills; able to interpret data and apply insights
- Strong presentation and communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership
