- Efficiently schedule estimators and service technicians to ensure timely resolutions.
- Route digital marketing leads to the appropriate business units.
- Maintain and update client files in an organized manner.
- Assist with pricing inquiries and respond to social media posts.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and administrative software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
