Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to provide support to our customers using Ubuntu and open source products.
Key Responsibilities- To investigate and resolve complex customer problems related to our portfolio of products, the ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience working with Linux systems.
- The role involves working closely with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues via phone, ticketing system, and remote sessions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical information effectively are essential.
- This position requires participation in a regular weekend working rotation to ensure 24/7 support coverage.
- Contribution to knowledge base articles is also expected to ensure shared knowledge and lessons learned are available to customers.
- Strong written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
- A high level of academic achievement from both high school and university.
- An undergraduate degree in a technical subject or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting Linux systems, including virtualization/cloud, containers, storage technologies, and networking.
- Cloud computing expertise in provisioning, monitoring, and orchestration.
- Advanced troubleshooting experience, including Linux integration with other environments and navigation of stack traces and logs.
