Senior Construction Manager

This is a prime opportunity to lead construction activities nationwide, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, working closely with project teams to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with approved plans.

  • Develop and implement construction schedules, resource allocation plans, and procurement strategies.
  • Establish standard operating procedures for construction processes and quality assurance.
  • Lead performance management and professional development of project engineers and construction teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (licensed Civil Engineer preferred).
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in construction operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, cost control, contract management, and safety regulations.
