Job Overview

A critical role within the financial department, this position involves conducting market research, maintaining reporting tools, and developing strategies to drive business performance.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis using company and syndicated data to assess pricing impacts on market share and performance.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical reports.
  • Extract and analyze financial data using SQL for custom reporting purposes.
  • Prepare comprehensive presentations for regular sales meetings and validate data accuracy.
  • Develop departmental procedures and performance metrics to measure success.
  • Forecast and analyze sales, financial trends, and general business conditions to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare detailed project plans, research findings, and recommendations for senior management.
  • Conduct special financial and business studies as required by the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint, and Outlook.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including business analytics and financial modeling expertise.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with ability to connect to external data sources.
  • Experience in SQL for data extraction from enterprise databases.
  • Knowledge of pricing and revenue management concepts for consumer goods.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
