Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial reports, handling accounts receivable and payable, reconciling bank statements, and monitoring transactions.

Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be interacting with USA clients in both English and Spanish.

Requirements include proven experience as a Bookkeeper, particularly with QuickBooks, strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting, experience working with USA clients, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
