Job Overview

The role of a Financial Record Specialist involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, processing invoices and payments in a timely manner, and reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and payments in a timely and efficient manner

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
  • Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
