We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in supporting lead generation and administrative tasks for various projects.

  • You will drive promotion for live events such as circus shows, ensuring successful ticket sales, ad campaigns, and hype building efforts.
  • Collaborate on Google Ads, social media ads, and campaign tracking to optimize performance.
  • Promote international marketing initiatives for coaching workshops and app launches targeting the USA and Europe.
  • Develop and manage funnels, lead capture systems, and audience segmentation strategies.
  • BUILD email lists for targeted audiences across shows, studios, and apps.
  • Draft and schedule engaging email campaigns and newsletters to maintain conversions.
  • Contribute to pre-launch strategy for the online coaching app, focusing on lead capture and audience nurturing.
  • Foster sign-ups and trials post-launch through effective marketing activities.
  • Coordinate cross-platform marketing efforts across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Google.
  • Provide administrative support to streamline the founder's workload.
About You

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and virtual assistance.
  • Strong knowledge of lead capture, funnels, and automation tools.
  • Experience running or supporting Google Ads, social media ads, and campaign reporting.
  • Familiarity with content-driven platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Google.
  • A proactive mindset with ability to take initiative and provide strategic suggestions.
  • Excellent communication skills; responsive and reliable.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to align with our business hours.
