Strategic Financial Business Partner

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our Global Finance team. This role offers a 100% work-from-home set-up and supports the U.S. Central Time hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive decision-making and operational excellence.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Lead comprehensive financial reporting and analysis across critical business areas.
    • Manage monthly forecasts and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Summarize complex results into actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Develop financial models, create "what-if" scenarios, and perform risk analyses to inform key initiatives.
  • Business Partnership and Strategic Support
    • Partner closely with Finance leadership to shape financial strategies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, IT) to integrate financial insights into broader business strategies.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create executive dashboards to support business performance reviews.
  • Digital Innovation and Process Optimization
    • Lead or support projects focused on automation, cost savings, and process re-engineering.
    • Drive continuous improvement by adopting AI tools, machine learning-enabled forecasts, and data visualization platforms.
In This Role, You Will Also:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior Finance and Business leaders, proactively challenge business assumptions and identify areas for optimization.
  • Take ownership of key financial deliverables with minimal supervision, delivering insights that influence strategic decision-making.
  • Presentation of financial analysis and recommendations directly to executive leadership, helping shape critical business strategies.
