We are seeking an accomplished line cook to contribute to the success of Marivent Hotels and Resorts Inc. in preparing high-quality meals that meet our standards and exceed customer expectations.



Responsibilities:




  • Setting up and maintaining the kitchen and preparation station in a clean and organized manner.
  • Preparing simple components of menu items by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
  • Working closely with the executive chef and kitchen staff to ensure food preparation and storage meet health and safety standards.
  • Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen area, including leftovers and prep equipment.
  • Stocking inventory and supplies to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
  • Cooking menu items with the support of the kitchen team.


Requirements:




  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of six months of experience in the culinary field.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Aptitude for multitasking and working efficiently in a team environment.
  • Able to work collaboratively and efficiently with the kitchen staff.
