Job Title: Executive Kitchen Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Kitchen Specialist to join our team at HR Network Incorporated. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and kitchen management, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

About the Role:

The Executive Kitchen Specialist will be responsible for preparing high-quality food for guests, maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas, and ensuring that all supplies are properly stored and monitored for expiration. This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook meals for guests, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure that all necessary supplies are on hand.
  • Receive and inspect all incoming stock and supplies, reporting any discrepancies or issues to management.
  • Monitor and maintain proper storage and rotation of all food and supply items, ensuring that expired or spoiled items are disposed of promptly.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience as a cook or line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and management.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including late shifts, weekends, and holidays.
What We Offer:

In exchange for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary of ₱40,000 - ₱60,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. You will also receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, allowing you to grow and advance within our organization.
