Job Title: Digital Workplace Adoption Lead

We are seeking a skilled Digital Workplace Adoption Lead to drive the adoption of digital workplace technologies across our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting the use of productivity tools and solutions to enhance employee engagement and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing workplace productivity tools, with experience in implementing and executing adoption programs. You will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, communicating with employees, and providing hands-on guidance to ensure a smooth transition to new technologies.

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Mural, Mendix, etc.).
  • 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
  • Outstanding communication skills, verbal and non-verbal.
  • ITIL foundation certification preferred.
  • Capability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, agile environment, as a team player.
