Job Title: Chief Technology Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chief Technology Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and ticketing system

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
