Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned bookkeeper with extensive experience in managing client files and junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for multiple clients
  • Oversee AP/AR, payroll, superannuation, and compliance deadlines
  • Review work of intermediate and junior bookkeepers
  • Prepare BAS/IAS and management reports for review
  • Liaise with managers and clients as required
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' bookkeeping experience in accounting firms or SMEs
  • Advanced skills in Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks
  • Strong understanding of GST, payroll compliance, and reporting standards
  • Experience supervising staff and reviewing bookkeeping files
  • Excellent communication and client-service orientation
