We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with extensive experience in financial management to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership position, contributing to both internal operations and client-facing projects.

This is a remote work opportunity that allows you to be part of a dynamic team providing top-tier financial support to clients across the globe. You will have the chance to work with various industries and international clients, gaining valuable experience and insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with international accounting standards.
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
  • Utilize accounting software platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, and ZOHO Books.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Support audits, tax preparation, and financial analysis as needed.
  • Assist in developing and improving bookkeeping processes and documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
  • Proven experience working with international companies.
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and other common accounting platforms.
  • Familiarity with project tracking solutions is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of international financial standards.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
  • Background in property management or professional services accounting.
  • Familiarity with performance metrics and KPI tracking in financial operations.
