Job Description

Summary of the Role


We are seeking an experienced professional to support our Client Management and Advocacy teams with renewal tasks, document management, and client onboarding.


Responsibilities


  • Assist with renewal tasks, including document preparation, data management, and client onboarding.
  • Collaborate with teams to finalize deliverables and ensure accuracy in billing and invoicing.
  • Support new client onboarding and manage Client Exposure details.
  • Prepare and manage renewal documents while monitoring activities and facilitating internal strategy meetings.
  • Assist with reporting and ad hoc requests for Client Service and Advocacy teams.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A college/university graduate degree.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the insurance renewal cycle.
  • US insurance experience is preferred.
  • An understanding of the end-to-end insurance renewal cycle and its stages.
  • Thorough knowledge of various insurance documents.
  • Understanding of catastrophe modeling is useful.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication skills.

Additionally, you will have:



  • Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong influencing skills to work with stakeholders.

Work Arrangement


This is a full-time onsite position, working night shifts, Monday to Friday, in Taguig.
