Lead Generation Specialist Role

The Lead Generation Specialist plays a pivotal role in initiating and maintaining contact with potential customers, generating interest in our offerings, and qualifying leads for further engagement by the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting: Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and online research to identify and research potential leads.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage with leads to determine their needs, budget, and purchase intent, and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential leads.
  • CRM Management: Record and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system.
  • Follow-up: Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with potential leads to nurture their interest and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Lead Nurturing: Use email marketing and other communication tools to nurture leads and provide them with relevant content and information.
  • Sales Handoff: Coordinate with the sales team to transition qualified leads for further engagement, providing comprehensive information and context.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze lead generation performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results to management.
  • Feedback Loop: Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights on lead quality and feedback on lead generation campaigns' effectiveness.
Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other lead generation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
Desirable Assets:
  • Experience in the Amazon and/or Shopify marketplace.
