Major Duties
  • Supports the technical development and maintenance of key platforms within the Enterprise Resiliency Office leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automation, and SharePoint).
  • May occasionally support the production of periodic and ad-hoc Management Information around Risk & Resiliency supporting the department Objectives & Key Results and identification of key risks.
  • Completes issues/trend analysis with review by their Manager.
  • Reviews business change and recommends initial impact assessment to determine the relevant SME team that needs to be engaged across Risk & Resiliency with support from senior team members.
  • Begins to develop internal and external Networking opportunities in relation to COO activities.
  • Begins to develop working relationships with other depts globally, particularly Operations, Risk, Compliance and IT.
Knowledge
  • Requires understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform (Apps and Automate) and SharePoint.
  • Experience with data analytics and related tools including Power BI, Excel, and languages like SQL a plus.
  • Professional with extensive business experience, multi-disciplinary functional experience with a focus on proactive activities within the group.
  • Knowledge of the firm and industry.
Experience
  • College or University degree is preferred.
  • 3+ years of Risk & Control experience helpful.
