Senior Full-Stack Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying modern, scalable, and secure applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop end-to-end applications with ReactJS (frontend) and Golang/Scala/Kotlin/Java (backend).
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs with secure authentication (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
  • Implement functional testing (unit, integration) and ensure high code quality.
  • Develop and deploy containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Work with public/private cloud environments and deployment architectures.
  • Mentor colleagues, contribute to best practices, and promote continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree graduate in a relevant field.
  • Residing in Metro Manila or nearby provinces.
  • Able to work in a hybrid setup (1–2 days on-site, day shift).
  • Strong experience with statically typed languages: Java, Golang, Kotlin, Scala.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD, provisioning automation).
  • Knowledge of monitoring & observability (ELK stack).
  • Familiarity with MLOps & data transformation.
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
