About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our team. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using the OutSystems platform.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and innovative software applications using the OutSystems platform.
  • Help with the build, test, and delivery of software applications, ensuring adherence to established coding standards and best practices.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas and areas of improvement for processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Produce clear and concise documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and release notes.
  • Provide technical support for existing software applications, diagnosing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Continuously research and evaluate new technologies and best practices to optimize application performance, maintainability, and usability.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to other developers as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience building software applications with at least one year of OutSystems specific development experience.
  • Associate Outsystems Reactive Web Certified.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and adapt to changing project requirements.
