Lead Financial Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance to lead our financial systems and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building scalable financial models, delivering timely and accurate financial reports, and managing cash flow effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver monthly financial statements within 20 calendar days after close
  • Maintain zero material errors in leadership review or audit
  • Ensure on-time reconciliation of all key accounts
  • Proactively identify new strategies to extend cash runway and improve working capital efficiency

Cash Flow Management: Maintain clear visibility into current and projected cash needs, ensuring the business is never caught off guard with payables, debt service, or payroll. Proactively surface and implement at least one new cash optimization strategy per quarter in collaboration with leadership.

  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
