Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead our financial activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling all financial operations, including cash flow analysis, profit planning, sales commission, budget preparation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective accounting policies to be observed by all employees.
  • Manage and control all financial activities of the company.
  • Prepare cash flow analysis, profit planning, sales commission, budget proposals, and financial reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of reports.
  • Prepare company financial statements on a monthly basis.
  • Present financial status and performance of the company on a regular basis.
  • Manage accounts payable and general ledger of the accounting department.
  • Control company expenses and eliminate unnecessary costs for improved efficiency.
  • Validate the accuracy of office payroll, employee benefits, and other compensation being paid by the company.
  • Monitor accounting and compensation & benefits staff ensuring they meet deadlines.
  • Prevent unnecessary penalties from SSS, Philhealth, and Pag Ibig.
  • Prepare Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of the team for performance efficiency and quality service in collaboration with the HR Manager.
  • Ensure accuracy of reports/documents sent to clients such as daily time reports, billing statements/invoices, official receipts, and acknowledgement receipts.
  • Approve summary of field employees' daily time report, billing statement/invoices, official, and acknowledgement receipts.
  • Approve petty cash advances not exceeding P1,500.
  • Assist Sales Executive in cost analysis and project approval.
  • Represent Accounting for prospect, new, and existing clients to ensure accuracy of Accounting, billing, collection, and payroll processes are captured.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Immediate Superior (Managing Director/President).
